Import: Updated Container Service Fee (CVF)
Dear Valued Customers,
For all import shipments arriving in Thailand from 1st February 2023 onwards, Container Service Fee (CVF) will be applied as follows:

· This is a local charge in Thailand.
- Applicable for import shipments to Thailand only and the charge is non-refundable.
- The charge amounts shown in the above table are on a per container basis and are applicable per container size/type.
- The Container Service Fee will provide coverage of damage cost up to the coverage amounts
- If damage exceeds the coverage amount, the amount charged to the customer will be the total cost to repair minus the coverage amount e.g., if damages to a 40’ container cost THB 6,000 then the customer will be billed THB 2,000.
- We will no longer levy a cleaning fee (we currently charge THB 300 and THB 500 for cleaning).
- Metal Scrap, Open top, Flat rack are exempt from this program. The cleaning fee will remain, and customers will be billed for the costs of all actual
