Import: Updated Container Service Fee (CVF)

Dear Valued Customers,

For all import shipments arriving in Thailand from 1^st February 2023 onwards, Container Service Fee (CVF) will be applied as follows:

Applicable for import shipments to Thailand only and the charge is non-refundable.
The charge amounts shown in the above table are on a per container basis and are applicable per container size/type.
The Container Service Fee will provide coverage of damage cost up to the coverage amounts
If damage exceeds the coverage amount, the amount charged to the customer will be the total cost to repair minus the coverage amount e.g., if damages to a 40’ container cost THB 6,000 then the customer will be billed THB 2,000.
We will no longer levy a cleaning fee (we currently charge THB 300 and THB 500 for cleaning).
Metal Scrap, Open top, Flat rack are exempt from this program. The cleaning fee will remain, and customers will be billed for the costs of all actual
