Please be informed for Import shipments to Thailand that all customers are required to remove all undesirable objects/trash from the containers before returning these empty units at the depot.
Examples of undesirable trash consist of;
- Scrap materials
- Plastic
- Stickers
- Glue stains
- Silica gel
- Wooden crates / paper crates
- Leaves / branchesa
We kindly ask for your cooperation in this regard as depots will collect an extra charge on-site for any unclean empty container returns which is separate from ZIM’s Container Service Fee or Container Cleaning Fee
