As we informed you in our last advisory from August 5th, 2020 04:52 AM GMT, INTTRA was experiencing connectivity issues caused by weather conditions in the area where the INTTRA servers are located.
As of the last update we received, INTTRA has successfully restored their connection. Currently, their teams are working on completing remaining tasks, such as emails and notifications, until returning to full operation recovery.
Considering the above, please be advised that you can resume submitting your Booking and Shipping Instructions using the INTTRA portal www.ship.inttra.com, however In order to continue supporting your business needs, we recommend to contact our Booking Team directly, as well our Documentation Team in case of any delay or inquiry.
