Arik Elimelech has been appointed as EVP HR & Organization in September 2024. Prior to his current position, Mr. Elimelech has served in a senior role in ZIM’s Global HR directorate during the past six and a half years, as the Head of the Global Compensation & Benefits, Organization and People Analytics unit. Prior to his tenure with ZIM, Mr. Elimelech served for more than 30 years in various positions in the Israeli Navy, reaching the rank of Commander. Mr. Elimelech holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and logistics (Summa Cum Laude), from Bar Ilan University, and completed Directors executive education at the BDO Finance Academy.
