Container Deposit for Frozen Pork / Chicken Shipment discharge at LCB1/LCMT for Laem Chabang destination - Import Containers

Dear Valued Customers,

In accordance with LCB1/LCMT advisory referenced as COMCRM2023009, we would like to inform you that LCB1/LCMT has included frozen chicken shipments in the list of commodities requiring a deposit for reefer containers due to frozen chicken shipments are also identified as a concerning commodity. Please find more details below.

Details

Effective date: 15th September 2023

Deposit amount: 150,000 baht per container. Direct pay at terminal. Applicable: All Import – Frozen pork and chicken products

Payment channel: Bank transfer

Refund period: 5-7 working days after submitting documents and container completed truck-out of the terminal.

To facilitate this process, we kindly request your support in providing shipment information in advance to LCB1/LCMT directly after the discharge process and ensure that the deposit requirement is met.
