Each recruitment process at ZIM is tailored to a specific role and location, therefore it can vary accordingly. Typically, our interview process consists of several stages, including HR interview, Hiring Manager interview, other hiring team members, assessment, reference and background checks. We view each interview as a journey of mutual discovery.  

Each role at ZIM has its own requirements and qualifications mentioned in the job description. We encourage candidates to apply to positions where they believe they can be a strong match.
