Haiti situation update

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to update you that due to the situation in Haiti, the roads leading to the Caribbean Port Services (CPS) terminal of Port Au Prince are blocked.
The services to and from Port Au Prince are currently suspended, therefore booking acceptance to and from Port Au Prince was stopped with immediate effect, until further notice.

Shipments which are already in-route to Haiti will be discharged at the transshipment port Kingston, until the services at Port Au Prince are resumed. Customers who wish to change the current destination are advised to approach their port of loading Customer Service team for further support.

With our staff safety in mind, our office in Haiti will remain temporarily closed, while staff will be working remotely, maintaining business continuity as the situation allows.

Our operational teams are evaluating the situation and assessing the best options for our customers and their cargo.
We will continue to provide you with updates as the situation evolves.
Your understanding and cooperation during this challenging time are greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
ZIM Customer Service
